The largest assignment I was given on the Media and Communications team was working on a legislation toolkit for bills SB 54 and AB 1080 which would help decrease the amount of single-use plastics in California.
This toolkit’s purpose was to educate the public about what the bills entail and provide actionable recommendations for people who want to support them (e.g. calling local representatives, posting on social media).
